Sugar & Shit is a compilation of my thoughts, quotes, poems, stories, and babbling, based on my experience and inspiration residing here on earth as a human. I wrote this book to share my take on the complexity of life, and how the good and the bad serve their purpose in many ways to help define our true selves. I don't claim to have the answers, but I hope this book will be a reminder of who you are, and where your journey may lead you. I felt compelled to mix my messages with a serious tone, but one that is flavored with humor. Laughter and pain both reflect our natures and life itself. Life is Sugar & Shit.
