Overview

The Ninth Inning series presents Memphis Angels' center fielder, Spencer O'Dell. Spencer O'Dell is a commitment phobe who ends up having a teammate's sister-in-law on his arm for a fundraiser. After a surprisingly good time, Spencer thinks he's hit the jackpot because he's finally found a woman who wants a no-strings attached type of relationship. Harmony Gardner only cares about three things in life: work, family, and sex. She's too busy with her career to take the time to date anyone, but she does make time to sleep with men. When forced to spend an evening with Spencer O'Dell, Harmony is surprised to find that he doesn't do relationships either. It couldn't have been a better arrangement for them both. The two get caught up in the passions of sex and fun, but they keep hitting foul balls. Can they fix their game and find a way to win together?
