Overview
Finley Poika just wanted what most kids want, to be the hero that everyone loves. Not so much to ask of a boy who is brave enough to escape the brutality of poorly inspected foster homes to join the circus. After a terrible accident forces him into a fateful alliance with a sick girl, they begin a journey that will test their strength, heart, and sense of humor. Along the way, a deranged man who is determined to bring his son back from the dead threatens to destroy them. But if they can survive terrifying adventures, learn to use magic herbs, and solve some unexpected mysteries, they might finally be able to defeat him and find a way back to themselves.
