The death of a person may be an event, but the acknowledgement of that death is a process. A GUIDE TO GRIEF AND MOURNING is a handbook for grief and mourning. The purpose is to be useful in understanding grief, and to begin to navigate through grief and mourning. This book will be useful to those who are experiencing grief, and to those who are attempting to comfort someone in grief.
