He is a former Probation Counselor and Foster Care Director, former Social Program Administrator and Dean of Students for Ohio Veterans Children's Home. He is currently the Senior Pastor of Abundant Life Apostolic Church located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He serves as a licensed Bishop in the international organization, Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies of God Inc. under Prelate Dr. Sherman S. Watkins, First Vice Prelate Bishop T.D. Jakes, and Second Vice Prelate Bishop Glen Staples. Bishop H. Anthony Stephens has been preaching for 43 years and pastoring for 27 years.
