Overview
Now in his fifties, MacLachlan is still considered one of the most deadly men alive by people in the US Intelligence Community. The Community's agencies have used his talents a the plausibly deniable tip of a very sharp spear for a quarter of a century. But, MacLachlan wants to phase down. Then he meets the gorgeous, genius IQ redhead, Kate Mahris. He falls for her just in time for her kidnapping. Unsanctioned by any agency, he goes after her. His travels and mayhem take him from his homes in Virginia & Florida to Eastern Europe, Mexico and the South Pacific, a trail of bodies in his wake.
