Overview
On a calm Sunday morning the President of the United States declares martial law on a sleeping nation. Using Executive Order 12919, the President proclaims that an event has occurred that is a potential threat to the security of the United States. Our national debt has triggered the crisis. Foreign countries, complaining to the United Nations that the United States may forfeit on outstanding loans, force a war fearful response. United Nation peacekeeping troops suddenly deploy in every town, city and populated area in the country. United States military forces obey the order of their Commander-in-Chief and do not oppose the "temporary" submission to United Nation's rule. The United States does what so many other countries have done over the decades, share sovereignty with the United Nations under the guise of establishing peace and stability. The immediate civilian revolt is crushed and a new means of opposition to oppression takes root.
