Before we became who we are to the world, we were first women with our own set of ideas, dreams, and truths. Born nurturers is who we are and we sometimes become overwhelmed with caring for the needs of everyone else causing us to neglect our own needs. But, who is there to encourage the care taker? The process is as liberating as it is uncomfortable, but there is freedom in finding and living one's own truth.
