Almas Branson, hitman turned music mogul, never thought he'd end up falling for a woman so soon, let alone an entertainment reporter named Claire Collins. Now he has to juggle his time between her and the many demands of his new business, which include acting as an artist therapist, fight mediator, interviewee, chauffeur, and the very thing he thought he left behind-murderer. On top of that, Almas learns that Herbert Wolff, the CEO he was chosen to replace, had a secret life. And now that life threatens Almas's livelihood and freedom, even after Herbert's death.
