Overview
Who examines rigorously the two famous experiments carried out a century ago for measuring the Planck's constant can notice essential omissions in their energy equations. The most glaring of them is undoubtedly the incomprehensible overlooking of the bremsstrahlung in the Millikan experiment, although this electromagnetic radiation emitted inevitably by all the moving electrons when they return to relative rest is the key element in the other experiment! Just as unacceptably, both energy equations used in these experiments ignore electromagnetic radiation emitted by all electrons during their electromagnetic acceleration from relative rest to a certain linear velocity, although the own photon emission of all electrons in accelerated motion was already known at that time. Nowadays the best evidence in this regard is the so-called synchrotron radiation emitted by electrons during each of their successive accelerations inside the electromagnetic cavities in synchrotrons, where they are accelerated by absorbing in flight the accelerating photons emitted by high-frequency oscillating currents. And this mechanism of electromagnetic acceleration through photon absorption has to be considered both for the electrons provided by electronic guns and for the photoelectrons, including their own photon emission during their accelerated motion from an initial state of relative rest to a certain final velocity. These corrections necessary for so long are the starting point of this book, and their unexpected effect is a spectacular turnabout, because the resulting new value of the Planck's constant reinstates decidedly the old model of spinning ring electron, which in turn means an obligatory return to classical physics of microcosm. More, today the classical model of spinning ring electron proves to be highly fruitful in deciphering step-by-step the inner structures of all the other elementary particles (mesons, nucleons, unstable hadrons, photons, neutrinos) along with their main properties, many of them unsolvable enigmas in quantum relativistic physics.
