Overview
When Abraham of Biblical fame is divinely brought back to life in his regenerated, twenty-year-old-body, with the supernal directive to find the messiah, he stumbles into our modern world. Dazed and delighted by the clean, glistening, technologically-advanced world that greets him, he sets out to fulfill his mandated mission, with the invisible archangel - Michael - as his celestial companion. But, Abraham comes to realize that this mission isn't as cut and dry as he thought it would be. Traversing the landscape of modern Israel, he encounters Jews, Christians and Muslims, all for whom, the term "messiah" means radically different things. Determined to find this elusive and mysterious messiah, Abraham is caught up in an internal struggle, trying to figure out who he is in this world, where three major religions claim him as their founder. Who is the messiah? And just who was and is Abraham?
