Overview
In Pursuit Of Eva, framed in a first person narrative as a remembrance of things past, is a collection of linked short stories that begins with the narrator, Eric, recalling an ecounter with Eva, a beautiful foreign student, during his junior year at Cliffrock College in upstate New York. That chance meeting leads to a romantic entanglement which abruptly ends when she decides to return to Europe. Torn between letting her go and pursuing her, he eventually decides to follow her there. What unfolds next is a coming of age odyssey that unwinds into a chaotic trek through Europe.
