Being abused my entire childhood and nothing ever happening to the people who hurt me put me in a very bad place for a long time. I was angry, I was hurt, I was depressed and things never changed. I got tired of hurting and wallowing in misery, so I got help. I confronted my trauma head on, confronted my abusers, and forgave them and myself.
