Touring the world as a DJ shouldn't be a lonely job, but LouLou Fleming only has music... When she meets Gregg Waites at her favorite music store in Richmond's Fan District, LouLou realizes she's finally found her musical soulmate. And better yet...Gregg is a ghost. She is sent to the state psychiatric hospital in Petersburg for treatment, and during her recovery she discovers the identity of her birth parents, one of whom is a fellow patient, Dan Ramsay. LouLou wants nothing to do with him. Even after the sudden death of her adopted father, she avoids Dan and buries her grief in composing music with Gregg. But Gregg fears he's discovered a disturbing secret about LouLou's father... Dan is obsessed with LouLou, and Gregg has reason to believe he had something to do with her adopted father's death. Gregg acts to protect her, but when tragedy strikes, will it be enough to save her from the secrets surrounding her birth family?
