Overview
If the people you know force you to swallow yourself up because of a demon living inside of you, would you give in? Or would you let the few who love you make you want to stay? To know and accept your demons is to know yourself. What lives inside you should not bother anybody else. If anyone tells you that you are not good enough, understand that they are only scared and jealous, but that does not excuse them from hurting you. Empathy is what is important for one to understand another, a mutual relationship. Freedom of speech should not be abused and it is important to consider others as well. As a teenager, I know how people around me can feel, especially since I experienced a lot of this negative talk and labelling on my feelings a few years ago. How would those individuals react? If you were in their place, how would you?
