Overview
This absorbing fantasy novel, set in a world of celebrities and confusion, tracks the erratic progress of a cast of characters and the building of the massive A-Tower.A scheme to overthrow God, an angel tasked by God's administrative arm "The Well of Souls" to sound out the human condition, and philosophical insights into reality and time are some of the ingredients that drive the story. Throughout, the sardonic Watchful provides his all-seeing commentary up to the moment when events reach a cataclysmic conclusion.
