Overview
There are so many stages of parenting-all of them wonderful. I have prayed that my book will be a help to you throughout all the stages of your cherished journey of raising your child. Your child is God's child, whom He has chosen for you to raise. What a cherished, treasured gift! One of the greatest blessings God has bestowed upon me is that of being a mom. I have been especially blessed because my children mirror God's unconditional love we are extremely close and have been through many good times and not-so-good times, always facing them together. My advice is to cherish each and every moment. Enjoy this wonderful experience. Yes, you will be tired, your lives will be permanently changed, but oh, what a treasured experience it will be. As new parents, your entire life seems to be focused on your newborn. Before you know it, your baby is a toddler, then a preschooler, then school age. Then, you blink, and they're graduating high school and looking at college, then getting married and becoming parents themselves. For each of these phases, your parenting adjusts, and by God's grace, you adjust along with these phases. Love, pray, listen, enjoy, encourage, empower, and appreciate!
