Overview
Devastated by his beloved wife's affliction with dementia, Gari Andreini began writing poetry to release his feelings. The result is this small but powerful book of poems. The collection delves into themes of gut-wrenching sadness and the frailties of existence, ultimately leaving the reader understanding the large impact Milli Andreini had on everyone in her life. This collection of poems speaks to one family's wrestling with the tragedy of dementia, and can hopefully help any other family going through something similar. Some poems will leave you wondering. Some will leave you crying. Some pose questions with no tangible answers. This is for a grandmother who...will always be loved.
