SOLACE: Self (Solace within)

I am you except I despise myself. We are all the same. However, I have become aware that I'm far too hard on myself after years of intense self loathing and thoughts. I need to become better able to handle the me versus the world, me within the world or the me inside my own mind. I'm was spoilt but it's difficult to describe oneself like that when over the age of 40. I want my family happy above all else, but I need to transcend my own ridiculous brain/mindset first to achieve contentment. I truly find humankind amazing but our world and pressures have changed over time and many of us need to adapt....it's not anyone's fault and coping can be extremely hard when adversity strikes.
