Overview
The esoteric background of the notion of "Soul Mates" or "Twin Flames" uncovered through the letters a widower writes to his late wife. In this letter, he tells us that the ancient sages envisioned one God only, though not one lone God. They believed that human souls are fallen angels, sparks detached from divine Light. And that, therefore, our Original Fall entailed a detriment to God. It is what Kabbalists called the "God's Exile".
