If you use markers please put a piece of cardstock between the pages to prevent bleed through. Suitable mediums include markers, colored pencils, gel pens, pastels, chalk, and more. Feel free to scan the images if you would like to print them out on heavier paper. You could even try printing on watercolor paper and paint them! (Make sure your printer accepts this kind of paper first!). The images in this book range from darker to lighter. For dark areas, colored pencil or pastels work best.
