I've often heard it takes 21 days for something to become a habit. The question I always wondered is at what point does the habit become life changing? It was this type of thinking that inspired me to follow up my 1st book, I Can Do Better, with this book. Using a similar format from my previous book, I incorporated sermons I've preached while enhancing the 21-day habit principle by multiplying it by 5.71428571 to provide you with 120 days of quotes, scriptures and words of encouragement to help reinforce the change in your life. My commitment to helping people reach their God given potential inspired the words found throughout the following pages. I've shared them with countless family members, friends and total strangers. Now, I would like to share them with you to serve as a reminder that YOU ARE BETTER! You may not be where you want to be in life but you're right where God wants you to be.
