PUSHING UP DAISIES is a story of a large gopher family tunneling in the packed dirt of a cow pasture and a school yard. One little gopher has other ideas and encounters adventures outside the packed dirt enjoying an easier way to tunnel and find moist roots to eat. He has a hard time listening to the wisdom given to him by his mom and dad and extended family. There is trouble ahead for little Godfrey Pocket.
