The 2nd Edition S.O.T. Storybooks wee designed for venues such as libraries where writing in book; as in the regular storybooks (which include various activities that require writing or cutting), must not be encouraged. Therefore only the story and the secret coded message have been included in the 2nd edition versions. You can copy the secret coded worksheet to decode the message, if the 2nd edition storybook doesn't belong to you.This story is about a teenaged boy overcoming a fear of riding roller coasters. He experiences some exciting events at the county fair with a buddy friend of his and his buddy's sister, Maria. She adds extra excitement for Ernesto because no one knew she would be there and he has a secret crush on her.
