Overview

Growing up, as a black child is not an easy task given all the negative perceptions, projections and stories about black people and Africa, the place we all home. Having experienced life herself as a black child, a black teenager, a black adult a black woman and as a black mom of black kids born and raise in a European environment, Achaleke knows how extremely important it is to grow self-confidence, to maintain self-esteem and to be proud of one's self, of one's African origin, black skin color, kinky hair, tip lips, big hips and all that make black people stand out. May these ABC affirmations unlock the best side of you and help you unleash the real powers of who you REALLY were created to be."The kind of contents in this book is so needed for everyone especially the children or anyone with low self-esteem. You give confidence, hope, and courage to your readers! Michelle Brewer." (NAAAHR/USA)
