Overview
This short collection of poems was inspired by the Author'sdirect experience of the Heartwork process. The poemswere previously published in a small limited edition for aHeartwork Intensive held in Austin, Texas in 2004. HEARTWORK, a therapeutic process originated byDale Goldstein, is a practice of letting go with awarenessinto the truth of one's being in the moment. A synthesisof Eastern meditative approaches and Western psychologyand philosophy, it uses awareness as the primary vehicle tosee into the source of one's problems. As a spiritual path, the work is to inquire deeply into one's experience in themoment to come to know one's True Nature.
