Overview
For twenty years Brenda has patrolled the aisles of Mount Hebron Baptist church, assertively maintaining order during the weekly church services. She's zealous in the role, but her manner is at times abrasive. Nobody crosses Miss Brenda. Most church members steer clear of her, except for Lawrence Foster. The widower admires the dedicated, feisty woman, who is both strong-willed and attractive. He makes a point of getting in her crosshairs and drawing her attention.Brenda has a one child, her twenty-eight-year-old daughter, Gia who lives a life that conflicts with her mother's religious values.
