Overview
International oil exploration normally attracts large companies, big money, giant egos, and unscrupulous corruption. Against this backdrop, Montana-born geologist Jake Tillard pursues his dream to discover natural gas in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula. Unprepared for a nasty battle to control a previously worthless patch of desert, Jake encounters murder, kidnapping, espionage, and blackmail. Helped by a desert Bedouin, he struggles to outwit Israeli power brokers, Islamic fanatics, and US government agents to save his daughter and achieve his dream. The book offers swift adventure, unexpected twists, and rich descriptions from the Middle East to Montana.
