Overview
Imaginative and fast paced, this novel traverses a vivid version of the afterlife. It focuses on a sympathetic and subtly witty protagonist, Carol, whose afterlife proves to be more adventurous than the physical life she led. With her own life ending entangled with nefarious dealings, Carol finds herself navigating through a maze of emotion with only her caretaker to assist her. As she makes her way through understanding her new surroundings she is bombarded with the unsettling reality surrounding her death.
