Murder's a pain in the neck! Madame Tussauds, London's extravagant wax museum, reopens in 1928 to much fanfare. When a series of women are found dead in the streets of London in a similarly eerie fashion, it's up to Scotland Yard, with Chief Inspector Basil Reed at the helm, to solve the case.
