Overview
The Cairns Esplanade in North Queensland, Australia, is the home of a lovable pelican called Percy. As the storyteller, Percy tells us of his friend Jack, a little boy who falls out of his fishing boat and ends up in the ocean. Even with the help of his dad, he can't get back into the boat.
