Overview
Treasure has been in love with Kyle for over half of her life. Yet it was a love that she knew had been unrequited for just as long. Seeing him every day at the office knowing that he thought of her only as a nuisance brought her continuous pain and heartache. So when uncle Pete recommend she spend some down time alone at the family's mountain cabin, Treasure graciously accepted the offer. Not only would it give her time to unwind after a long yet successful company buyout, it would put some distance between her and the object of her affection. Yet when she walks into the cabin after a long drive and sees Kyle in front of the fireplace, her protective defenses come out. Kyle is just as surprised to see Treasure. This is a time of year that has always been emotionally challenging for him. So he jumped on uncle Pete's offer to spend some time up at the cabin so he could get away and unwind. An unexpected blizzard leaves them confined to wait the storm out at the cabin together. With both harboring deep, emotional feeling for one another, it is only a matter of time before the truth comes out. With all the cards on the table, will Treasure find this to be a dream come true or the awakening of her worst nightmare.
