He has served in all three positions simultaneously since 2010. Dr. Forest was previously the Director of Terrorism Studies at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, and he has taught courses and seminars for a broad range of civilian, law enforcement, and military audiences in several countries for nearly two decades.
