Overview
The transformation of a sinner into a saint is at the heart of the Gospel message. This transformation is the active work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer (2 Corinthians 3:18). The Transformed: Soul, Mind, and Body program workbook is designed to aid Christians from adolescents to senior citizens in their day-to-day spiritual growth. The book utilizes the Whole Armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) for the soul and the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) for the mind to challenge believers to grow more spiritual every day and to take care of their bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19) through proper nutrition, exercise, sleep, and rest. This unique approach incorporates lessons that empower the whole person and prepares us to meet the challenges of everyday life. As one member of Victory Apostolic Church stated, "the section of this book that focuses on the Helmet of Salvation helped prepare me for a devastating event that I faced on my job that same day." This workbook is a powerful tool to help live a victorious transformed life and is far more than just another devotional.
