Overview
Ahmad Al-Khatat's poetry pulls no punches. These are words that aim for everyone's bleeding heart, takes it in hand and explores the wounds before gently placing it back to heal. Death is nothing at all You might be a brother to me You are unseen friend and An invisible last guest to visit meIf you will come tonight You don't need an appointment I have nothing to gain or lose But, please come to me quietlyI do not want witnesses To observe my death
