A controversial radio talk show host has been courting disaster, broadcasting his complaints about being called for his civic duty. When he drops dead shortly after arrival, PC suspects foul play. She dives into the deep end of the jury pool to tag the potential murderer before the riot is quelled, the doors are unlocked, and the suspects cascade back into the outside world.
