Katherine and Robert Helms live an idyllic life--they have great careers, a happy marriage, and a beautiful son, Brandon. When tragedy strikes, they think losing Brandon in a freak accident is the worst thing they'd ever have to survive. They're wrong. After leaving bad memories behind and moving into a new house, Katherine and Robert are greeted by a mysterious stranger, Jeremy Price. Jeremy makes them a vow: leave the house or suffer.
