Every since he was a young boy, Blaine Richards was always dealt a losing hand. With the city now in an uproar over the increase of these brutal senseless murders, Detective Julian Crowder, the city's number one Homicide Detective is called on the scene to investigate. But after reviewing the evidence, she finds herself caught up and intrigued with this seemingly innocent man, but when all the evidence leads toward him, she is forced to make a crucial decision, does she let her personal feelings dictate her fate or does she allow justice to prevail by putting him in his rightful place, in the state mental institution?
