Overview
Veronica Howard has it all. She's an intelligent woman with a great sense of style, a quirky sense of humor, and the confidence to walk her own path. She takes a leap of faith and rises from the secretarial pool to an advertising copywriter position before fate takes a hand and is laid off from her job. But Veronica doesn't miss a beat. She fulfills her dream of opening a vintage clothing and jewelry store and quickly finds herself involved in an international art theft ring and two murders. And as if that isn't enough, Veronica's boyfriend, an art benefactor from an old Boston society family, becomes the prime suspect. To Paint A Murder is the first in the Veronica Howard Vintage Mystery series by E. J. Gandolfo, who has worked both as an advertising executive-copywriter and as an antique dealer. Readers will enjoy reliving their own days of career independence through Veronica, and will thrill at the escapist adventures that make Veronica's story uniquely hers.
