Overview
Maliah Belle Dubois is a young beautiful Afro-Creole woman, whose ambition and free-spirited personality made her infectious to everyone she encountered in life. Her talent and passion for music and dangerous men taught her many painful lessons that she can't seem to escape from. Turning her jaded fantasy lifestyle into a never-ending nightmare of reality, she learned that everything that glittered wasn't gold and everything that looked good wasn't always good for you. Her friends and immediate family members were unfortunately in the crossfire of her karma, and the constant betrayal turned her into a dangerous and vengeful woman after the murders of her ex-boyfriends, Nick and Dante. Eventually, she changed her life around when she moved to Miami and met her Haitian kingpin lover, Blade, whom showed her a lavish lifestyle and taught her the meaning of the word loyalty. However, his loyalty didn't last long and he took advantage of her trust and betrayed her for one of her arch enemies who was involved in her own attempted murder that landed her in a coma, in an Atlanta hospital. After so long the trafficking of drugs and the street life took a toll on her soul and she realized that the chickens would always come home to roost. She started to see that her empire was falling apart as well as her relationship with her King. After all of the treachery and betrayal she experiences, Maliah finds that she is a beautiful piece of broken pottery, put back together by her own hands.
