Overview
The clock is ticking! In the next 47 hours we find out: Lizzy, a gorgeous redhead, is perhaps the not-so-innocent secretary in the police department's records section, a subcontractor for Vice, and a willing participant in years of shady, even criminal, activities. Dr. Pamela Oryzansky is a shrink with a client who reveals everything including her husband's need to kill her... well reveals everything except who she is and what she intends to do. Henry Carder, is a rookie cop who yearns to be a Blue Knight but gets turned from good guy to bad in a single afternoon... his first day on the job... Who, after a career of disillusionment, daring-do-good and decadence tells us his life story from innocent beginning to ignominious end; a career as a cop spanning fifty years of lying, fraud, bribery, extortion, kidnapping, battery, malicious manipulations and yes, murder! Of course Michael Grant & Tom Darrow become embroiled in the outcome.
