Overview

Human life has always been characterized with needs. A need to be loved; a need to be cared for; a need to be seen/recognized/heard; a need to be understood. This is not a surprise as we have been created as relational beings. The most important of all relationships is our relationship with God the Father. All our other relationships reflect our association with Him. Just like all relationships, we need to know who or what we are letting in our hearts. And for us to reap the most of any relationship, we need to invest time aka "quality time" for it to grow and be close knit. Any stereotyping or bias can erode and eat away on the already formed bonds. This is the same with the relationship we have with God our Father. Is there anything we might be holding on to that erodes our walk with Him? Are there any pre-conceived notions, worldly "truths", etc. that might be blurring our view of Him?
