Overview
LIFE IN THE FRINGE SOMETIMES AIN'T WORTH LIVING!! These twenty-three short stories examine a hypothetical America, one where the wealthy elite have taken over the Heartland, and the less fortunate live in the Coastal Fringe. Here an ancient God returns, and a jazz band gets together for one last gig. A formless King wants his crown back after meeting a young girl, and a drunk examines his worthless life. A Man in Denial sees through The Broken Glass and a Russian mail order bride finds true love in Hollyweird. There are Shamans and Eagle Scouts, Pimps and talking addictions. Zombies and Albino Demons. And Twenty Years later one man will sacrifice his wife and child for the chance at a better life. Fifty miles outside of Las Vegas there is a wall. If you are on the wrong side you are THE UNDERGROUND AMERICAN.
