Overview
This book tells the story of Caramel, a young bird whose major pleasures in life is to eat candies and play with his human friend Tom. On his adventure, Caramel comes to realize what a healthy diet is, and that fruits and vegetables can be as colorful and delicious as candies. This book is a great tool for therapists and parents not only to discuss nutritional habits, which are the principal objective, but also to discuss behavioral misconducts and issues such as impulsivity, or not listening to advice.
