Rewind back to the early 1940s to the Flying H Ranch in New Mexico. This ranch was one of the largest ranches in the USA, at the time. There was a young girl named Gail Hendricks-Seevers and this is where she grew up. One day Gail Hendricks-Seevers curiosity got the better of her and she decided to follow her dad's cows out to pasture. This story has been recaptured, modernized and told by Edward Seevers, Gails youngest son. Illustrations are of Gail's great-granddaughter, Dylynn Gail Renee Seevers.
