Don't just learn scales - memorize them using this step by step approach! You will learn all the major and minor scales for piano, including the natural, harmonic and melodic minors. Each Unit will introduce scales in a way that makes musical sense! You will be able to quickly work out the sharps and flats in any key and recognize key signatures. The scales are introduced in a way that makes memorization easy and the book continues to strengthen this memory by creating musical associations with other scales. Through memorization you will not only gain knowledge of scales and key signatures but you will gain insight into how music works and a wealth of interesting ways to practise scales!
