Newport News is up for grabs. East Side Mafia is on the rise. For years, E.S.M. has been the beast that kept the entire city under its thumb. Casshime, the head of this beast, reaches out to Lamar "L" Stevens and tries to lure him into his devilish world. His attempt to corrupt has no bounds. Does he fall victim to his poisonous clutch?
