Hence, pastoral care is originated from the Bible. Consequently, many people living with disabilities suffered and some die in silence because there is nobody to help them and to come to their aid. The churches are not left out also, because they focus on the wellbeing of members and they are neglecting the people living with physical disabilities around them. People living with physical disabilities in the context of this paper, people who are deformed in terms of their physical disabilities which are limited to some extent like mobility, hearing, seeing, speaking among others. However, this paper is limited with people living with hearing disabilities, visual disabilities and crippled people.
