The basics of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)state that knowledge, learning and competencies can be recognized by accrediting institutions, professional orders and employers regardless of where the learning or competencies were originally acquired. With the continued flow of information and human capital between borders, this is a concept worth noting and implementing.
