On the eve of that momentous night, January 3, 2023, my husband and I had retired to our bed after a gruelling day's work, around 10 PM, GMT. Approximately at 1 AM, I suddenly awoke to the sound of an unusual cough emanating from my husband. Given his penchant for playful antics when sleep eluded him, I initially dismissed it. I also considered the possibility that he might be caught in a vivid dream. However, the cough grew increasingly distressing, and it was not long before his breathing stopped, and his heart fell silent, leaving his face contorted.Before I could fully grasp the gravity of the situation, a voice pierced the air. It spoke in a bitterly sarcastic tone, declaring, "Now, you are alone in the world." I couldn't help but scream, "No!" I beseeched God, feeling that this couldn't be the fate promised to me at the start of the year. There, lifeless on the bed, lay my husband.In that desperate moment, I decided to fight the situation as if it were a physical battle. I began attempting to resuscitate him, shouting his name fervently. I persisted for what seemed like an eternity, about thirty minutes. That's when an enigmatic woman, clad in mourning attire and wielding a staff, materialized before me. The voice returned, instructing, "Tell her your husband is dead."Determinedly, I whispered to myself, "No, I refuse to accept this fate in the name of Jesus. It is not my destiny to deliver such grievous news." It was then that I realized the battle was not one waged in the physical realm but rather a spiritual one...
